We have a large swimming pool, lounge chairs and tables in the pool area, and also bicycles, bocce ball and croquet available for our guests.

Enjoy the unique view of the surrounding vegetation, coconut palm trees, guamuchiles trees and our garden with flowers like bugambilias and copa de oro that attract a diversity of birds, perfect for bird watching, either from the terraza of your own condo or from the roof top.

Casa las Margaritas features four one bedroom vacation apartments for rent, fully furnished and outfitted with cable TV, Free Wi-Fi, each with a private terraza, and also a pool, grass tennis court, air conditioning, parking and a beautiful garden.

Each kitchen has a stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, blender, dishes and utensils. Each bedroom has a new comfortable pillow top mattress on wooden frame [no hard concrete beds] with bedding and towels.

During winter we have a delivery of oranges every week in case you like fresh orange juice (there is a blender in the condo) and Rosalba goes every day selling fruits and vegetables in her pickup. You can also find fruits, vegetables, chorizo, virote (baguette bread), coffee, food cans and other in the stores of Nueva España Ave. a few blocks from our condos.

Barra de Navidad located on the east end of the Navidad Bay with a lagoon behind offers great bird watching.


Some of the birds that you can watch in the Barra de Navidad lagoon, just a couple of blocks from Casa Las Margaritas are:

Rosette Spoonbill, Great Blue Heron, Great White Heron, Brown Pelican, Kingbird, Yellow crowned night heron, Great Egret, Great Tailed Crackle, Streak-backed Oriole, Yellow-winged Cacique, Wood Stork, frigate birds and terns ....
