• 6 months US $800.00 per month

Price per Night: 5 nights minimum

• Nov/1-April/30 : US $60.00
• May/1- Oct/30: US $50.00

Price per Week:

• Nov/1-April/30 : US $350.00
• May/1- Oct/30: US $250.00

All prices are based on double occupancy. There is a charge of US$10.00 per night per extra person with a limit of 3 people per condo

Upon receipt of this request, we will confirm availability by email . When the reservation is made, the Total Bill is charged to Visa, MasterCard or by Arrangement. Cancellation policy is 3 months prior to arrival. For cancellations with less than 3 months, we will try to rebook the rooms and refund the days that are re-booked.
